About House of Cherith at City of Refuge
There are 24.9 million victims of human trafficking worldwide, many entering the sex trade as young as 12. Survivors face severe physical, emotional, and mental health challenges, yet safe housing is scarce. House of Cherith provides the supportive services survivors need to recover from years of trauma—helping them RECLAIM dignity, RENEW strength, and REKINDLE hope.
WHAT WE DO
While tremendous efforts have been made to raise awareness and eradicate modern-day sex trafficking, there remains a major shortage of supportive services designed for survivors. House of Cherith's focus is to serve the survivors struggling to recover from the years, or even decades, of trauma they have endured.
